Week 31
It's raining outside, and Daddy Deano and I are snuggled up on the couch. The perfect day to do nothing. Not long now, and you'll be enjoying rainy, winter days snuggled up with us!

Can't wait to meet you!

A Deborah Hudson Poem
The word that I offer you is courage.
It comes from the French word for heart, and from now on, your heart will be bound not only to your mate, but also to the child your love has created.
It took courage for you to decide to bring a child into this confounding world. It took courage to choose pregnancy. It took courage for you to bring your pregnancy this far. Your heart beats now and passes that courage on to your child.
Your journey from here until your baby's entry into this world will take more courage than you may think you have. But I promise you that courage springs from your beating heart. Know it is there, waiting for you to summon it.
You are on the threshold of the greatest mystery of life, that edge between the other world and this one. You will never be so close to the edge as you are at the moment you give birth. Have courage and drink in the power of this great mystery.
When you labor, open your heart.
When you bring forth, open your heart.
As your child grows, open your heart.
When your child gives you grief, open your heart.
When this child grows to adulthood and leaves your home for another, open your heart.
For it is when we open our hearts that we have the greatest capacity for the courage to be human, to be women and to touch the goddess.
Blessings upon you

Week 30
Wow! Only ten weeks to go!
We're still in the process of setting up our little family home so we have somewhere nice for you!
This week you may have noticed all the deep breathing I've been doing. Daddy Deano and I have been going to CalmBirth classes to prepare for when you come into this world. I'm extremely excited about your birth. I hope it's a calm, wonderful experience!

Bundle 'em up
One joy of having a winter baby is rugging them up. Aunty Kate showed me these back in February and I stumbled upon them today when looking through my old bookmarks.

Week 29
Dear Bobbie
We started moving into the new house this week - slow process, but by the time you arrive we'll have a sweet little room just for you!
I feel I am just getting bigger and bigger, if I keep going at this rate I may just explode. Tomorrow Daddy Deano and I are going to specialist, to get the okay to birth at Queanbeyan Hospital. Keep your little tiny, tiny fingers crossed Bobbie!
Love me.

Week 28
Dear Bobbie,
You're hurting my tummy - I keep getting these cramps because you are getting so much bigger. And you like to poke me in the side. But that's okay - I still think it's cute!
All your biggest fans got together this weekend for a baby shower - and bought you such lovely presents. Soon we'll have everything set up in our new house - then the waiting game will really begin.
I hope you're nice and warm in there - because the weather is getting really cold here. It'll be perfect for bundling you up and snuggling.
Take care in there, and keep getting bigger.
Love me.
Showered in love
Daddy Deano and I received so many gifts. I could never thank people by name, because every person bought their own special touch to the shower just by being there. Now we must pack everything for the big move – I am so excited to set up the nursery.
On Sunday I had lunch and a bit of a shop with Amanda and Mum for Mother's Day.
Happy Mother's Day Mum. xox
I got the sweetest little gold love heart earrings for Mother's Day off Aunty Kate!
Week 27
The time goes by so fast that I forget to write everything down. This week we are looking for somewhere for us to move to - so you can have your own room and we can make a home for you.
I hope you love your home - and always remember your home is where your family is.
Love me.
